01 Enquire

02 Design & Quote

With a visit to the office or at your place, we can sit together to work through your design, with the ultimate goal of designing a fit for purpose structure with a focus on value for money

03 Site Assessment

 With all jobs we will carry out a comprehensive site assessment before finalising the price, so once we’ve locked in your design, we’ll come to you and look at your space. Then, we’ll provide you with a detailed proposal on how much it will cost to build your shed.

04 Documentation & Deposit

Once we’ve formalised the shed order and outlined the work, our team will prepare all the paperwork needed for building your shed. Once your deposit has been paid, your building permit application starts to take place. There is a significant amount of information to be sourced before sending through to the Building Surveyor. Once this information is collated it will be sent to the Building Surveyor to be processed as efficiently as possible.

05 Manufacture & Deposit

Upon the building permit being issued we begin the manufacture process and ordering of all items required to build your shed. Manufacturing generally takes 4-5 weeks

06 Concrete

Our team will start to bring your shed to life by setting up and pouring the concrete. This is for the most part done whilst the shed is in manufacture, (weather dependent). We allow a minimum of 14days for curing.

07 Construction

Once the shed is delivered and the concrete has had time to cure, the builders will be on site. They will bring all tools and safety equipment to get the job done. When finished they will sweep out the shed, clean up and dispose all of our rubbish in our bins at the office.

08 Final Inspection

The final step of building your shed is the final inspection by us, we will come and carry out a final inspection to ensure all is in order and you are completely happy with the finished product.

09 Certificate of Compliance

Frame and Stormwater inspection by the building surveyor.

*Before this happens, storm water will need to be completed by the client if applicable.
